Shannon, a native of the area, has worked in real estate in various capacities for more than twenty years. Most of that experience came as a paralegal for one of CSC's owner's in a local law firm that handled all aspects pertaining to real estate. Shannon became a licensed Title Underwriter in 2011. This, her work experience and historical knowledge of central Virginia, has provided her with extensive knowledge of the industry. Since joining CSC in 2016, she has been instrumental in streamlining processes and assisting with day to day operations.
